Abram is by far the Best Service Advisor I have ever worked with. He is Honest, Trustworthy and Knowledgeable and I am so grateful for him when my 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy had to have to transmission replaced. I have purchased and owned many Hyundai’s in the past and the Service at Las Vegas Hyundai is the best especially having service advisor s like Abram! Many Thanks to Abram for all his help and support during this time and because of him I have found my home with Las Vegas Hyundai!

Sent home with 2 over inflated tires and 2 under inflated tires - potentially very dangerous and required me to take it to a tire store to correct. Also broke my car key and returned it with missing parts. Have contacted twice and recieved no response on either issue. Highly disappointed with customer service.
