I'm a 26-year-old Internet Sales Advisor at Hyundai Genesis of Las Vegas, and I've been helping people find their perfect vehicle for the past seven years. I'm a Vegas native, proud of where I come from, and my background gives me a down-to-earth perspective that helps me connect with my clients. Growing up, I learned the value of hard work, and that's exactly what I bring to the table every day. I'm passionate about giving my clients a personalized experience and fighting to get them the best deal possible. That's why I've built my business on relationships, with clients who trust me so much that their neighbors, family, kids, and even grandkids come to me. When I'm not helping people with their car needs, you can find me on the golf course, watching football (Go Niners!), or racing stock cars at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Bullring. I'm also fluent in Armenian. The car business is in my blood, and I'm here to stay.

Alex was wonderful. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a car. ( I absolutely hate the whole process usually.) From the minute I called Hyundai dealer and Alex picked up. He guided me to come and meet up with him which I did and I do not regret. I am very happy in the car that I'm in and I made a friend at Hyundai dealer that I could depend on the experience was amazing and the choice I made was right choice for me as I only tested drove two cars and decided that Buick was for me. Alex has great customer service and will serve you with your Needs he is very friendly and it was no pressure to buy he had the best intentions for me and listened and explained from start to finish I'm very thankful for all his help. Alex was AMAZING. I had an awful experience a different dealership and Alex came through and took such great care of me. He was efficient, honest, beyond respectful and is a man of his word. Hyundai of Las Vegas is not even remotely close to being the most convenient location for me, however, as long as Alex is there, he will have my loyalty and will be the first person I recommend any of my family and friends to!

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Beware of Alex! He sent me off the lot with a car that had 2 gashes in one of the sidewalls that I guarantee he knew about. He knowingly sent a single woman on a 600+ mile dive home in a car that he knew very well could have blown out and caused a devastating accident. I was vaguely warned by the finance associate I was working with to check my oil and tire pressure before I left town because of his lack of confidence in the service team of the dealership (he obviously knew about the gashes). Even though I stopped inspected the vehicle again after leaving the lot I didn’t notice the gashes because of heavily oiled tires (obviously concealed). Of course about half way through my trip the low pressure indicator came on and I’m just lucky that I made it home. I don’t expect to get anything from this slimy establishment, but all I can hope is this review helps avoid someone else from falling victim to their deception. I don’t know how you sleep at night knowing you sent a single woman on a 600 mile trip on a desolate highway with an unsafe vehicle. Shame on you!
