Alright, here we go: Hey, I'm known as "Tomin the Showman" – it's a nickname that stuck, and it fits! I've spent the last seven years helping people in sales, and I genuinely love connecting with my clients and making their experience unique. For me, it's about building relationships and being transparent, making sure everyone feels comfortable and informed. I believe in giving each person my full attention and offering exceptional customer service. I'm from the New Haven area, went to Sheehan High School, then on to Albertus Magnus. I've worked all over the country and now I’m at Hyundai Genesis of Las Vegas. I'm a big team player, played semi-pro soccer, and still play whenever I can. I love the game. I'm a family man. I have a fantastic fiancé, two amazing kids – Lorenzo, who's five, and Lilianna. We're expecting our third child, Alexander, on March 7th. They're my world. Beyond work and family, I'm passionate about cars, motorcycles, and working with my hands. I’m into carpentry. I thrive on problem-solving, and I'm always looking for ways to help. I aim to guide you through the process, getting you a great deal and providing the best service. I'm easy to talk to, understanding, and I make friends easily. 11 out of 10. A perfect 10 is rare. To exceed that level of of service deserves recognition, and Erik absolutely did. My wife and I arrived in Las Vegas from out of state over Memorial Day weekend with a failing vehicle, a trailer in tow and a very tight timeline. We had come to help our daughter move out of her apartment and needed to return home back within the weekend. With limited time, a sick car, and a long drive ahead, we were in a stressful and difficult situation. From the moment we met Erik, he listened carefully, understood the urgency of our situation, and immediately began working towards solutions. What impressed us most was everything happening behind the scenes. Many of which we were not immediately aware of. Erik was constantly coordinating with the service department, making calls to U-Haul, contacting parts stores, and working through the details to ensure our hidden tow hitch could be transferred properly. He was not simply "selling a car" - he was personally invested in solving our problem. We initially purchased a 2026 Palisade, but excited for the upgrade of our 2020 Palisade, but after further coordination and problem solving, we ultimately chose a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe with a tow hitch already installed. It ended up being the perfect solution, and we are already excited about its features and performance. Erik went beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He was willing to get his hands dirty, arrived early, stayed late, and personally saw things through to completion so our family could meet our deadline and get safely home. What speaks most to his character is that he could have taken shortcuts. He could have cut corners. Instead, he ensured everything was done correctly. The financing team was also exceptional, and while entirely unplanned we are grateful for everyone who helped make it possible. By the end, we were giving and receiving hugs - something not normal with buying a car. Find Erik. You will be in excellent hands.
