From the moment I arrived at Hyundai of Las Vegas I received EXCELLENT service. I had the pleasure of working with Ismael who really listened to my needs or any concerns I had. I was able to look at all the SUVs I was interested in. Bringing my kids along to make sure they fit and feel was just right for the family. Even being able to come back with my husband the next day who is disabled for him to get the feel of the vehicles I was interested in. He made sure any questions I had about the technology of the vehicle were answered as well as let me test them out myself. It was no pressure tactics like other dealerships. He just wanted to make sure I got what I really wanted at a reasonable price with my trade in. I gave him specifics on what I really wanted in the end especially getting a vehicle with low mileage. The day I arrived and ready to do my final look he presented me with two vehicle mileage under 1,500 and both 2026 top of the line for the models. Priced great as I never expected a 2026 but he knew low mileage was important. This is my first Hyundai and I am in love. Every person there was awesome, the value your time! The fastest I ever completed a transaction in a dealership! So if your looking for a new vehicleool no further and ask for Ismael! He will take care of you!

Ismael is fantastic! I cannot say enough goof things about him. From the first time he contacted me, and throughout the entire sales process he quickly became my trusted advisor. He is knowledgeable, kind, caring and attentive to his clients. He navigated me thought the steps I needed to take and proactively identified issues and concerns I needed to be aware of. One of the first things I noticed about Ismael was how genuinely caring he is. His calm demeanor and relaxed way of speaking gave me a sense of peace from the start. He was kind, patient, and never made me feel pressured. Even after I left the dealership the first time, he stayed in touch and didn't just move on to the next customer. A week later, he followed up, not to make a sale, but simply to check on me and see how I was doing. During our conversation, he mentioned that he might have something he thought I would like. What happened next is something I'll never forget. Ismael personally came to my home, picked me up, and took me to the dealership. Less than an hour later, I was the proud owner of a gorgeous 2023 Hyundai Sonata that completely matched my style. But his exceptional service didn't stop there. Since my vehicle wasn't going to be ready until Monday, I mentioned that I would need to rent a car. Ismael immediately said, "Don't worry, Ma," and made sure I had a vehicle to drive until mine was ready. Then, when my Sonata was ready, exactly when he said it would be, he personally delivered it to my job. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who truly cares about people the way Ismael does. He has an absolutely beautiful soul and treats his customers like family. My son purchased a vehicle from him before I did, and now I completely understand why he spoke so highly of him. Thank you, Ismael, for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and memorable. As he was leaving after delivering my car, he turned around and said, "Don't forget to smile." That simple comment meant more than he probably knows, and he definitely put a smile on my face that day. You are truly one of a kind

I am very pleased with the honestly and up front costumer service. We never felt pressure of pushed by at purchasing the car we want although we know it’s the right time but it felt homey and comfy .

My experience with Ismael was impeccable, he was very knowledgeable of the type of car and budget I was looking for he answered so many of my question with such confidence it made me 100% I had the right sales men helping me!!
