Joey was very professional right from the start. He answered all my questions, explaining everything in detail. He updated me the progress on my car every step of the way. Brittney's customer service was also a 10 out of 10. Dropping your broke car off to get fixed is usually a bad experience, but not for me this time. Thank you Joey and Brittney. A++

My air conditioner still doesn't work properly which I expressed. I will be taking my services to a different dealership to figure out the problem. I had Joey come to the car and he assured me it is working properly by bringing another car up and showing me. But that cars air conditioning was working differently. Also, the panel that was supposed to be replaced that was damaged by the technician was not replaced. Instead something on the steering wheel was fixed? Nothing looks different.
