Joey assisted me during my recent visit for an oil change and recall work on my Hyundai. He was knowledgeable, informative, and did a good job explaining what was being done with my vehicle. I appreciated that he was straightforward and efficient, which helped make the service process smooth. Overall, I had a positive experience. The only area for improvement would be the overall customer interaction. At times, Joey came across as a bit unwelcoming and somewhat short with his responses. While he answered my questions and provided the information I needed, a warmer and more engaging attitude would have made the experience even better. That said, I would still rate my experience highly. With just a little more focus on customer rapport and friendliness, the service could easily go from an 8/10 to a 10/10.
