Jozef was very welcoming and accommodating. He was knowledgeable about all of the bells and whistles inside the car and was extremely patient while teaching me about them. Being a Hyundai customer for over 20 years, I was pretty set on the car I wanted so he didn't really have to "sell" to me, but he followed up several times within 5 days to make sure everything was good and I was happy.
