As General Sales Manager, I focus on creating culture of accountability, integrity, and results both on the sales floor and behind the scenes. I take pride in helping customers find the right vehicle and building long term relationships that keep them coming back. I believe great leadership starts with listening, staying hands on, and supporting the people around you whether it's a new salesperson or a loyal client. Outside of work, I'm a husband and proud father of two incredible boys. Family time means everything to me. I'm a lifelong car enthusiast and a huge soccer fan. I love watching, playing, and even coaching when I get a chance.
