very patient salesperson listens to your needs instead of trying to push something on you that you don't need. A very pleasant personality and a joy to work with, she took care of all of my needs and allowed me as much time as I needed to make the right choice in my purchase. I am grateful that she was so experienced in sales and in the end I ended up very happy with my purchase. A very pleasurable experience, there was zero pressure to decide and she is very calm and attentive a real pleasure to meet her. I hate going to dealerships but this was truly a different and unexpected experience. Thank you Kristen for all your help.

Kristen was absolutely amazing to work with!! She was responsive, patient, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. I had a lot of questions and went back and forth on different options, and she took the time to help me every step of the way. She worked hard to find a deal that fit my needs and was always professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. Buying a car can be stressful, but Kristen made the experience genuinely enjoyable. I truly appreciate all of her effort and would highly recommend working with her (and I definitely will be working with her again in the future)!!
