Kristen made the whole experience a breeze. She was helpful at every step in process, always looking for ways to keep it running smoothly. It felt like working with a friend, rather than a salesperson. There was never any pressure (which is much appreciated), just an advocate. Kristen was perfect and I'd happily work with her any day!
