Kristen was absolutely amazing to work with!! She was responsive, patient, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. I had a lot of questions and went back and forth on different options, and she took the time to help me every step of the way. She worked hard to find a deal that fit my needs and was always professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. Buying a car can be stressful, but Kristen made the experience genuinely enjoyable. I truly appreciate all of her effort and would highly recommend working with her (and I definitely will be working with her again in the future)!!

Kristen was amazing from start to finish. My old car was inoperable so I was in a position where I wanted a 2026 Tucson hybrid in a certain trim and a color other than white, and I needed it before I went back to work in a about 3 weeks. Kristen offered to do all the leg work of finding a car that met my requirements. She managed to find one in a great color and gave a reasonable price on the car. Most painless car buying experience I have ever had.

I had an excellent experience buying my new Hyundai Ioniq 6 Standard Range from Kristin at Hyundai of Las Vegas! Please put on the “Never Fire” and “Promotion Consideration” Lists. As an active-duty U.S. Army soldier formerly stationed in South Korea and going to Fort Irwin, I started the entire process remotely from my duty station overseas. Kristin was incredibly easy to work with from day one — responsive, professional, and made everything seamless even from thousands of miles away. When I arrived in Las Vegas, the in-person experience was just as smooth. I got to the dealership at 11:42 AM, took the sales photo with Kristin at 1:38 PM, and drove off in my new Ioniq 6 about an hour and a half later. The paperwork was quick, straightforward, and there were zero surprises or pressure. Kristin made what could have been a complicated military/out-of-state purchase feel easy and stress-free. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about her customers. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new Hyundai — especially fellow service members or anyone buying remotely.
