Regardless of the situation, I try to have a smile on my face and calmness all around. When it comes to social discussions, sports is always high on my list. I love bike riding and playing basketball in my free time. My son is currently serving in the Air Force and previously played basketball as well. My special skills include cooking and having a green thumb. When it comes to sports, my top choice is football, with the Philadelphia Eagles being my favorite team. All in all, I love helping others and always aim to go above and beyond for my customers!

Everything went well. Tyreese took the time to set up my Ioniq 5, which is a breathing computer 😏 and explained everything. Service was impeccable and his cohorts interacted with he and I on a personal level. Buying a vehicle ls stressful enough, doing it from 80 miles away equally has its challenges however not this time. When I finally arrived he was accommodating and eager to answer all of my concerns.

How was my experience? It went better than I expected. I think the last time I was in a dealership was at Dodge Dealership in HB, CA. I do not think I made any friends that day. Working with Tyreese Williams on this purchase has restored my faith in the purchasing process. I started working with Tyreese over text and honestly just figured it was going to be another typical experience where we play this game back and forth to settle on the numbers. Not the case, I appreciate Tyreese was responsive and honest with what he was able to do and what he could not. We got a call and remember Tyreese was polite and professional, matching our text correspondence. We got right to the point worked on the firming everything up. What I remember the most, Tyreese was patient and very knowledgeable in the vehicle I was looking at. As for the transaction I was upfront with how I was going to make the purchase, and based off our interaction, when Tyreese asked to quote my trade against Carvana, I figure what is the worst that can happen. To my surprise, Tyreese worked to beat the Carvana quote. The day of the purchase, what can I say. Same professional, polite, and patient through the whole process. I have an out of state credit union, but when Tyreese asked if they could see if HMF could beat my other offer, why not. Small hit to my credit score, but in the end beat my credit union. The walkthrough after purchase, again, cannot say it enough, professional, polite, patient. Walked me through everything in setting up Bluelink, took me awhile to remember some passwords and reset, but Tyreese remained polite and patient. We got my phone paired and smooth sailing from there on out. I will definitely refer the dealership and have them ask for Tyreese in the future. Other than that I still need to add his xbox gamertag for some call of duty, but I look forward to his continued success and wish the best for him.
