Purchasing the Santa Crus was due to an very unfortunate experience with the less than 2 month old 2024 Kona recently purchased - due to the unknown safety & what we experienced with that car in the last 3 weeks - we traded it in for the Santa Cruz- Hadi was very compassionate to our circumstance even though we ourselves are not very happy with this experience - since my husband will be driving the car and his health & safety are more important to me that then thousands of dollars we just had to spend to correct a well documented on line issue with the Kona that we were unaware of - we had no other choices - Hadi had no doing with the issue we were handed - however we do Thank Hadi & Gus for working with us - even though it was a very expensvie correction for only driving a very defaulted car for from 3/30 to 5/28 -

Fantastic! We had signed up on the website with what we wanted and he had a vehicle prepared for us and ready to go when we showed up. Low stress and no pressure. After the test drive we knew we wanted it and we finished the transactions within an hour. We had to wait for the car the following business day which was fine since they literally just got it delivered. Pretty cool that it still had plastic on the seats and only 7 miles on it. Great Sales Adviser who is personable and knows his job. The finance dude was great as well. Overall, a great car shopping experience and probably one of the best I've ever had.

He was an awesome gentleman who talked heavily about sports with me and my grandfather. He was very personable and did his best to provide me the best deal he could get with my budget. At the end I can't say much else he got me in my first brand new car and well within my budget all with a fun and hilarious attitude.
